Exchange Network Data Flow Implementation Project (TRI)
The Minnesota Public Safety Department (MPSD) wanted to implement the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) data flow, an inbound flow to the State from the EPA via the CDX. Windsor Solutions worked with MPSD and with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) to implement the data flow using the existing Minnesota Node, which resides at MPCA.
RESULTS THAT REWARD
Windsor installed a service in MPSD that periodically checks the Node for TRI data and, if it finds any, brings the data into the MPSD environment to complete the data flow. Cooperation between MPSD and MPCA enabled both agencies to benefit from the State’s investment in the Node software.
