FacID Data Flow
Windsor Solutions (Windsor) will partner with the Hawaii State Department of Health's Environmental Health Administration (EHA) to design, develop and implement an upgraded data flow to the United States Environmental Protection Agency's (USEPA) Facility Registry System (FRS). This data exchange will utilize the latest FacID 3.0 XML Schema, and it will continue to send data residing in the administration's Environmental Health Warehouse (EHW).
After this project is successfully completed, the EHA will retire its existing FRS data flow and utilize the latest FACID 3.0 XML Schema to transmit environmental facility data to the USEPA's FRS. EHA currently uses OpenNode2, and Windsor will implement the available FacID 3.0 plug-in. Once implemented, Windsor and EHA will re-map its EHW data structure to the FacID staging tables and make facility data available to USEPA and potentially other interested Exchange Network Partners.
