Integrated Contaminated Site System Analysis
The Hawaii State Environmental Health Administration's Hazard Evaluation and Emergency Response (HEER) Office and Windsor Solutions (Windsor) teamed to discover, understand and confirm HEER Data Management System (HDMS) requirements. The HEER Office envisioned the following capabilities within its HDMS:

Internal, web-based system used to manage environmental site data

Include project management tools to manage the work flow and decision making process

Integration with existing MS SharePoint libraries/documents

Responsible Party public interface to download and upload site data and documents

General pubic interface to view and download public information and documents

System interfaces with EHW, Heavy Metals, HEER Office accounting system, planned HEER Office UECA database

Flexible ad hoc and canned reporting
This analysis project resulted in a requirements definition and a plan to guide the system design, development and implementation effort.
