Network Node & Data Flow Implementation Project (Facility Registry)
The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) wanted to use Exchange Network Grant Program funds to establish a Network Node that complies with Network Node Specifications Version 1.1 and Network Node Protocol Version 1.1. DEQ also wanted a data flow to the EPA’s Facility Registry System. Windsor Solutions implemented a Node modeled on the highly successful Node software it has implemented for other states. Windsor developed the Node using the Microsoft .NET framework and a SQL Server database to support administrative functions.
RESULTS THAT REWARD
Windsor successfully implemented the Node and data flow. The FRS data used for the data flow is extracted on a periodic basis from DEQ’s Industrial Siting database and stored in Windsor’s Node staging environment. DEQ has also engaged Windsor to implement a DMR data flow.
