Working at Windsor
Our dynamic team likes to work hard and play hard. We support each other
in becoming the best experts we can be in whatever area we're individually
interested in (Internet strategies, n-Tier Solutions,
MS .NET framework, Java etc.). We also encourage each other to provide
exceptional service to our clients,
which fosters a sense of pride in the company's level of professionalism.
Whether we are in or out of the office, we emphasize the importance of
teamwork and fun. Regular group activities include assisting local nonprofit
organizations and volunteering in our neighborhoods. Since our office
is located in the heart of the Northwest - a lush, recreation-filled environment
- Windsor employees often get together to enjoy the great outdoors.
Windsor is an equal opportunities employer and does not discriminate
based upon race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
Benefits
Working at Windsor Solutions includes more than just exciting challenges
and a competitive salary. We offer a generous range of supplemental benefits
to ensure you're on the right path to a healthy, successful lifestyle,
now and in the future.
Health insurance
Windsor employees are eligible to receive health care benefits, fully
paid by the company, commencing on the first day of the month following
the date of hire. Benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage.
IRA
Windsor offers a Savings Incentive Match Plan for Employees (SIMPLE)
Individual Retirement Account (IRA). Under this plan, any employee may
elect to have a portion of his or her salary deferred (pre-tax) for contribution
to a qualified SIMPLE IRA. At the end of each calendar quarter, Windsor
matches the employee's contribution, up to a pre-determined percentage
of that employee's salary that quarter, and makes the contribution directly
into the employee's IRA account.
Stock options
Because we believe in sharing the ownership and success of Windsor Solutions
with our employees, we operate a discretionary stock-option plan.
Vacation
Windsor employees start with a package of 22 days' paid vacation the
first year. For each subsequent year of employment, employees accrue one
additional vacation day a year, up to a maximum of 27 days annually (23
days for the second year, 24 days for the third year, etc.).
The following required national holidays are included in the number of
vacation days: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
(2 days), Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
