Network Node Implementation Project
The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) wanted to use EPA Challenge Grant funds to implement an information exchange node (Node) on the National Environmental Information Exchange Network (NEIEN). Windsor Solutions worked with Gold Systems, Inc., and DEC staff to successfully design, develop, and implement the Node.
Results that Reward
The new Node enables data flows between DEC’s local STORET database and the Pacific Northwest Water Quality Exchange (PNWWQX). It is compliant with Network Node Specifications Version 1.1 and Network Node Protocol Version 1.
