Water Rights Analysis & Design Project

The State of New Mexico Office of the State Engineer (OSE) wanted to improve the ability of its Legal Services Division to support adjudications and policy decisions, increase data sharing across Divisions, and help the Division maintain accountability for its data. To meet these goals, OSE contracted Windsor Solutions to improve database and information management within the Division.

Results that Reward

Windsor helped the Division define its GIS information needs for hydrographic survey development. Windsor also conducted several requirements-planning workshops to define the Division’s needs for long-term information system support.
