Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMR) Migration Project

Windsor worked with the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to migrate their VAX-based Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) away from this legacy technology into a newly designed SQL-Server-based .NET DMR application. The new .NET DMR application allows DEQ staff to manage batches of DMR's, enter the DMR forms and their details via an intuitive User Interface, and to submit the prepared batch to the EPA via an automated process.

Results that Reward

Replacing the VAX-based DMR application with a .NET Windows application is an essential first step in a larger initiative by the DEQ to improve their DMR handling.
